What payment do you accept
Any form of paypal is great and all major credit cards are also accepted.
How long will it be before I receive my item?
Please note that a custom order is a new designed item that can take up to three weeks or more to produce. A Non-Refundable 50% deposit is required when placing customized orders and the remaining balance is due before release of the item.
Why am I being charged for shipping?
We are a small company and unfortunately cannot offer complimentary shipping on our orders under $200.
Rather than raise our product prices, we have done our best to keep our shipping prices at a minimum while offering the largest selection possible, despite raised rates from UPS, Federal Express and the US Postal Service. Other than getting the package shipped we are not responsible for lost items. Once it's mailed and entered into their system, you will be supplied the Customs Form Number or any other Tracking Number supplied. We are sorry but customers are responsible for any customs/tariff charges, which are assessed by each individual country at the time of delivery. Please be sure all address information on your order is complete and correct.
What is your exchange + return policy?
All items are final sale in which case they are NOT eligible for cash refund. We encourage you to measure your pet as accurately as possible. Our apologies, but we do not issue refunds, cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom orders, and we do not reimburse shipping charges.
What is my pet's size?
Please understand that we can only offer guidance. Since it is impossible for us to determine your pet's size without actually seeing your pet, we cannot guarantee our sizing recommendations. How should I care for my pet's garment?
Always supervise your pet to ensure they DO NOT ingest the item or parts/decorations on the item. Store away in an area that can not be reached once it's not inuse and keep away from pets or children. This item maybe harmful if ingested by your pet or small children. Watch for normal wear and tear and remove from your pet when pieces are suspected to be torn off, chewed, or eaten. Hand wash cold, hang to dry, do not bleach, nor iron the item.
